C-Peptide and leptin system in dichorionic, small and appropriate for gestational age twins-possible link to metabolic programming?

Children born small for gestational age (SGA) are at increased risk of future glucose intolerance and type 2 diabetes, possibly after due intrauterine metabolic programming. Soluble leptin receptor (SLR) limits leptin access to signal-transducing membrane receptors.

High serum OX40 ligand correlates with severity and mortality in patients with massive cerebral infarction

OX40 ligand (OX40L) is a member of tumor necrosis factors (TNF)/TNFR super family and is mainly expressed in activated T cells and participates in various inflammatory reactions. However, it remains unclear about the role of serum OX40L as a biomarker of cerebral infarction (CI).

Product: Human Soluble OX40L (sOX40L) ELISA Kit

Administration of L. salivarius expressing 3D8 scFv as a feed additive improved the growth performance, immune homeostasis, and gut microbiota of chickens

Probiotics have been defined as live microorganisms that are administered in an appropriate amount to provide health benefits to the host animal.

The sIgA and histatin-5 expressions in saliva of early childhood caries and caries-free children based on period times

To analyze the level of sIgA and Histatin-5 expression in Early Childhood Caries (ECC) and caries-free children. Saliva was collected from 31 subjects of ECC and 29 caries-free (ages 9-32 months). The level expression of sIgA and Histatin 5 was analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.

Product: Human Histatin 5 ELISA Kit

Hepatotoxicity and the role of the gut-liver axis in rats after oral administration of titanium dioxide nanoparticles

Due to its excellent physicochemical properties and wide applications in consumer goods, titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2 NPs) have been increasingly exposed to the environment and the public. However, the health effects of oral exposure of TiO2 NPs are still controversial.

Product: Rat Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) ELISA Kit

Effects of oral exposure to titanium dioxide nanoparticles on gut microbiota and gut-associated metabolism in vivo

The antibacterial activity of titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2 NPs) has been extensively documented and applied to food packaging or environmental protection. Ingestion of TiO2 NPs via dietary and environmental exposure may pose potential health risks by interacting with gut microbiota.

Product: Rat Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) ELISA Kit
